From Fort Collins: Travel west on CO 14 across Cameron Pass to US 40, then west over Rabbit Ears Passroughly 130 miles and 3-hour drive.
From Colorado Springs: About 230 miles northwest via I-25 north, I-70 west, CO 9 north to US 40about 3.5-hour drive.
From Glenwood Springs: About 117 miles via I-70 to Exit 157, then north on CO 131 and west on US 40approx 2.5-hour drive.
From Laramie, WY: Roughly 110 miles south, accessible via WY/US highways to US 40 west into Steamboat area.
